1. General

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all services, workshops, lessons and musical events offered by The Tunes of Jooiz, hereinafter referred to as 'The Tunes of Jooiz'.

1.2 By taking part in our services, the participant agrees to these general terms and conditions.

2. Registrations and Payments

2.1 Registrations for workshops, lessons and musical performances/events can be made via DM or email.

2.2 Registrations are only final once payment has been received.

2.3 Payments must be made no later than 24 hours before the start of the workshop or lesson.

2.4 The stated rates include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 The participant may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the workshop or lesson.

3.2 In the event of cancellation within 24 hours before the start, no refund will be given.

3.3 The Tunes of Jooiz reserves the right to cancel workshops, lessons or musical performances in the event of insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances. In that case, the participant will receive a full refund.

4. Participation and Safety

4.1 Participation in workshops, lessons and events is at your own risk.

4.2 Participants must be physically and mentally able to take part in the activities.

4.3 The Tunes of Jooiz is not liable for injury, loss of or damage to personal belongings.

5. Privacy and Use of Images

5.1 Personal data is used exclusively for administrative purposes and communication relating to the services.

5.2 Photos and videos may be taken during workshops and events for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must indicate this in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All materials, exercises and course content provided by The Tunes of Jooiz remain the property of The Tunes of Jooiz.

6.2 It is not permitted to copy, distribute or commercially use materials without permission.

7. Complaints Procedure

7.1 Complaints about the services can be submitted in writing via thetunesofjooiz@gmail.com.

7.2 The Tunes of Jooiz will respond to the complaint within 14 days and will endeavour to reach a suitable solution.

8. Applicable Law

8.1 All agreements and these general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

8.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where The Tunes of Jooiz is established.
